Medium hot, 4-5″ fruits on 30″ plants mature quickly from green to dark red and dry fast on the plants. Harvest about 69 days after plants are set outside. Tie several peppers on a long string to hang for drying. CAUTION: Use rubber gloves or clean hot peppers under running water to avoid skin burn from the pepper juice.
